Founded by Jonathan Mason in 2021, Mason Construction Management Inc. prides itself on delivering the full construction package. With established relationships with owners, designers, architects, and a large group of other contractors, we unify projects from pre-construction, through buyout and implementation, to final warranty and closeout. Working for clients with the highest quality expectations has honed our attention to detail. We look forward to working with you to achieve your targets and dreams.

Our Mission

Mason Construction Management provides professional construction management and consulting services designed to help property owners and community associations successfully plan and deliver complex improvement projects.

Our Role

We act as an independent owner’s representative, ensuring architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors remain aligned with the owner’s objectives.

Our Story

After nearly two decades of working for successful general contractors, we decided to strike out and build a company and culture of our own. Bringing experience from renovating thousands of apartments, remodeling numerous amenity spaces, seismic retrofitting high rises, and completing countless assorted projects gives us the foundation for completing any opportunity presented. Our network of specialists in every trade ensures we cover every detail. We are known for our attention to detail and ability to get the job done.

Leadership

With extensive experience managing multifamily renovations, structural improvements, and large-scale community upgrades, Jonathan founded Mason CMI to help property owners navigate construction projects with clarity and professional oversight.
